Project Fermat
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Welcome to Project Fermat. By using this website or taking part in the initiative as a volunteer or participant, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
About the initiative
Project Fermat is a small, volunteer-based educational initiative that helps middle school students build a foundation in olympiad mathematics. It is not a professional tutoring service, school, or commercial organization, and it charges no fees.
Volunteering
- Volunteering is unpaid and offered on a goodwill basis.
- We may decline or end anyone's involvement at our discretion, for any reason, to keep the program safe and effective.
- Volunteers agree to interact with students respectfully and appropriately, and to follow any guidance we provide.
Participation
Participation by students is voluntary. Where a participant is a minor, a parent or guardian is responsible for arranging their involvement and providing any consent required. We make no guarantee of any particular academic result, competition outcome, or placement.
